The property was built in 2000 to be used as a distribution center for Atlanta Fixture & Sales Co., Inc. It stayed 100% owner occupied through November 2017. Upon this date, Edward Don acquired Atlanta Fixture's distribution business and planned a consolidated move into Edward Don's existing Atlanta distribution center to be completed a year later in 2018.
